1. Acceptance

By using NOTICA (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description

The Service synchronizes information between Google Calendar and Notion databases through secure OAuth authorization.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and ethically.
• Maintain control of your Google and Notion accounts.
• Understand that removing or revoking integrations will stop synchronization.
• Accept that existing tokens or sync data may be invalidated after revocation.

4. Service Availability & Limitation

• The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
• We are not responsible for data loss, sync delays, or downtime caused by API changes, rate limits, or connectivity failures.
• Functionality may change without prior notice as platforms evolve.

5. Termination

You can disconnect anytime via Google or Notion integration settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the system or pose a security risk.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatNow Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws and regulations of Taiwan.
